Instructions for Installation on Windows Vista for ZWCAD

If you have Microsoft Vista operating system, the User Account Control (UAC) must be turned OFF
   1) Exit all programs
   2) Use CONTROL PANEL >> User Accounts
   3) Turn User Account Control (UAC) - OFF
   4) Now install ZWCAD
   5) Keep the UAC - off
